Hello Seniors!

Free Covid-19 tests

Every home in the U.S. is eligible to order 4 free at-home Covid-19 tests.  The tests are completely free (no shipping or administration charges). To order your free tests Please go to this website https://www.covidtests.gov/

Also, below is a list of testing sites that are or will be available in your areas.

  1. Pediatric Vaccine clinic is coming to Sumner again in February, 2022 (attached flyers).
    1. Where: Sumner United Methodist Church (901 Wood Ave, Sumner, WA 98390)
    2. When: Saturday (2/5) from 10AM-2PM
    3. What vaccine types will be provided: Pfizer
    4. Who can receive the vaccine at these clinics: People aged 5 years or older
    5. Please register here to secure your dose(preferable):

    6. Walk-In appointments will be allowed and no insurance needed

     

  2. Vaccine clinics are coming to the town of South Prairie in January & February, 2022 (attached flyers). 
    1. Where: South Prairie Community Center (350 WA-162, South Prairie, WA 98321)
    2. When: Saturday (1/22 & 2/19) from 12PM-4PM
    3. What vaccine types will be provided: Moderna, Pfizer, J&J for 1st, 2nd, and booster doses
    4. Who can receive boosters: People aged 16 and up can now receive a booster shot

  3. Vaccine clinics are coming to Buckley in January & February, 2022 (attached flyers). 
    1. Where: Community Presbyterian Church (152 Cottage St., Buckley, WA 98321)
    2. When: Tuesday (1/18) & Wednesday(2/15) from 2PM-6PM
    3. What vaccine types will be provided: Moderna, Pfizer, J&J for 1st, 2nd, and booster doses
    4. Who can receive boosters: People aged 16 and up can now receive a booster shot

  4. A ‘Casual & Connected” vaccine clinic series is coming to Buckley, lasting bi-weekly from January through March, 2022. 
    1. Where: Buckley Eagles (29021 WA-410, Buckley, Washington 98321)
    2. When: Saturdays (1/29, 2/12, 2/26, 3/12, 3/26) from 11AM-4PM
    3. What vaccine types will be provided: Moderna, Pfizer, J&J for 1st, 2nd, and booster doses
    4. Who can receive boosters: People aged 16 and up can now receive a booster shot

    7. What does ‘Casual & Connected’ really mean?
      1. It provides a consistent space to get vaccinated, but also:
        1. Ask questions & get accurate answers
        2. Share concerns
        3. Tell us what you’ve heard
        4. Talk about COVID-19 with medical professionals

 

Note:  These kits are available through the Federal Government.  The State of Washington will be launching a website in the next week or so to allow people to get up to 5 free test kits per household.  We will notify you of that one when it is available.
