The Allan Yorke Park boat launch will close for the winter season on Monday, October 6 due to dropping lake levels.
Cascade Water Alliance maintains seasonal recreational water levels between elevation 541.5 and 543 feet from April 15 through September 30. In September, Cascade advised residents to monitor reservoir levels and plan accordingly for watercraft and other property. They recommend removing boats from the water no later than mid-October, though some situations may require earlier action.
The City has been monitoring lake levels at the boat launch and, in coordination with Cascade’s guidance, will close the facility on October 6.
