The City has contracted with SCI Infrastructure to replace side sewers impacted by groundwater infiltration and inflow. This work starts Monday, February 9, and is anticipated to be completed in April 2026.
Work will begin along
205th Avenue East and then continue to
77th Street Court East. Construction will progress in phases as crews move through the project area.
Affected residents were notified with door hangers that include project details.
We appreciate your patience during construction. This work is necessary to reduce excess groundwater entering the sewer system and to improve long-term system reliability.
