Utilities Credit/Debit Card Processing Fee

Utility Billing Update

Starting with August utility bills, a 3% processing fee will apply to all credit/debit card payments. This includes customers enrolled in autopay using a credit/debit card.

To avoid this fee, you may:

  • Pay by check or cash
  • Enroll in ACH autopay (direct withdrawal from a bank account)
